It is strongly recommended that you submit your presentation in ADVANCE of the conference via the email: JMIH2017@allianceav.com.
Whether you submit prior to your arrival in Austin, or on site, prior to your presentation, the A/V team asks that you use the following format when naming your files:
military time – paper # – Last Name
Examples: 915 – 445 – Todd
1345 – 766 – Smith
In addition, the 16X9 format is preferred over the 4X3 ppt. templates.
Onsite presentation submission will occur in Guadalupe on the main (Atrium) floor of the Renaissance Hotel.
