Registration for tours is limited to conference attendees. If openings are available after May 24, guest registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis until tours are full.

Registration Methods

Registration is now closed. Walk-on registrations will be accepted at the conference, but meals and optional conference events cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Methods

Payment or an agency purchase order must be received by May 19, 2017, to receive the early registration rate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you must cancel your registration, please do by May 24, 2017. Substitutions are accepted. Registration fees, less a $50 processing fee, will be refunded if notice is received in the conference registration office by May 24. To cancel or modify your registration, please send a written request to with the subject line “ACE Conference.” Due to guarantees we must give prior to the conference, refunds are not available after May 24.

Registrants who do not cancel their registration in writing by May 24 are responsible for the total conference registration fee even if they do not attend the conference and have not paid the registration fee.

The Association for Communication Excellence and Kansas State University may cancel or postpone the conference because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded but we cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued if the program is held but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather or due to other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Kansas State University.
