The Call for Abstracts for the 2019 Meeting is closed.
Oral (PowerPoint, etc.) presentations will be no more than 12 minutes in length (plus up to 3 minutes for questions and answers). Although every effort will be made to honor the requests of oral presentations, due to the limited number of slots available, the organizing committee may designate some oral abstract submissions as poster presentations. This will be based on the number of abstracts submitted for each topic area. Oral presentations are limited to one abstract per presenter. Please avoid submitting multiple abstracts for oral presentations. The submitting author will receive an email confirmation when the abstract is received.
Poster sessions will take place twice at the meeting, where half of presenters will be present at each. Each accepted poster will be assigned to a single-day presentation (set-up in the morning and removed at the end of the day). The presenting author will receive email confirmation when the abstract has been received. Poster presenters will have access to a full 4-feet-by-4-feet (approx. 1.2-meters-by-1.2-meters) poster board, and tacks will be provided.
