8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher Course – July 28, 2015

If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $25.00 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received by the Kansas State University Global Campus Conference Services no later July 24, 2015. After that date, refunds are not available. Fees will not be canceled for registrants who do not attend and have not notified the Kansas State University Global Campus by the cancellation deadline.

Kansas State University may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded but we cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued if the program is held but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, or due to other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Kansas State University.

Continuing Education

If you attend the 8-hour course you will receive 8 Continuing Education hours from Kansas State University. It remains your responsibility to verify with your state/or governing agency/or professional development committee that these continued education hours will be accepted.
