General Information

The 2016 American Society of Mammalogists Conference will be held at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Lodging

There are four options for lodging at the conference. For those of you planning to attend the upcoming meeting in Minneapolis, please be aware about possible phishing scams about housing and hotel reservations. There is no official housing bureau for the ASM Annual Meeting. All reservations are to be made directly with the various hotels or university housing from either the online links provided on our website or calling the number associated with each housing option. Neither K-State nor the American Society of Mammalogists make outbound calls for reservations/sales. If you are contacted by any agency offering to make your reservations for ASM 2016, we urge you to not use their services and report this to the K-State coordinator, Tony Ballard, immediately. The rooms these agencies offer are usually at higher rates, are non-refundable and/or carry a significant cancellation penalty.

Campus Dorm Housing

Once again the dorm housing option has returned to ASM! Reservations are available to be made online only. Rate information and a list of frequently asked questions is provided. All on campus housing rates include breakfast and lunch as part of the rate. Dinner is NOT included as part of on campus housing, although it is available for an additional charge.
