The 2020 Academic Chairpersons Conference, the event’s 37th year, will take place at the Hyatt Regency Savannah on February 5-7, 2020. Since 1984, this annual forum has brought together academic chairpersons, administrators, and faculty from all areas of higher education to celebrate their successes, share best practices and innovative strategies, and collaborate with a network of campus leaders. The emphasis of every conference is to provide practical, usable information in a climate of open discussion and collaborative exchange. We hope you will consider presenting or attending.

“The conference is a wonderful resource and professional development opportunity for aspiring and practicing chairs. At the conference, chairs obtain practical information that is immediately useful as well as an opportunity to network with chairs from other institutions.”
