You are responsible for your travel, lodging and incidental expenses. There is no reduced conference fee for late arrival or early departure. One-day-only fees are not available.

*Team registration is defined as three (3) or more registrants from the same institution who register at the same time for the conference. You may register and pay individually, but please do so on the same day.

Pre-Conference Workshops

We are proud to be offering full-day and half-day pre-conference workshops that we encourage you to explore. All pre-conference workshops occur on Wednesday, February 5, 2020.

Full-Day Pre-Conferences
9:00am – 4:00pm, including breakfast and lunch

Registration Confirmation

You will receive a registration confirmation within a few hours of registering. An invoice/receipt will be attached. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact or call 785-532-5569 weekdays between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time.



If you must cancel your conference registration, do so as soon as possible. A refund, minus the administrative fee outlined below, will be made if cancellation is received in writing in the conference registration office on the dates listed below. To cancel your registration, contact with the subject line “Academic Chairpersons cancellation.” Due to guarantees we must provide, refunds are not available after February 1. Fees will not be canceled for registered participants who do not attend and have not notified the conference registration office by the cancellation deadline.


A paid registration may be transferred to another representative from the same institution. To modify or transfer a registration, contact or call 785-532-5569 in advance of the conference.

Kansas State University may cancel or postpone any course or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded, but we cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued if the program is held but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, or due to other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Kansas State University.
