Registration Fee and Options

Registration fee – $200 USD (includes conference meals and activities)

Participants are responsible for obtaining their own travel visas. To request a letter of invitation, please submit the letter of invitation request form. You must register for the meeting before submitting the request form. A letter of invitation will be sent by email only if you have also registered for the meeting.

In order to efficiently plan for conference meals and field trip transportation, when you register you will be asked to select the days you will be attending. You will select from the following options:

Monday, September 9 – Science Day (includes lunch and dinner)
Tuesday, September 10 – Policy Day (includes lunch and dinner)
Wednesday, September 11 – Field Tours (includes lunch on tours)
Thursday, September 12 – Action Day – MSP meeting concludes at noon (includes lunch and dinner)
Friday, September 13 – Business Meetings (business meetings are closed attendance for members of the GASL Action Networks and Cluster Groups)

Field Tours

You will also be asked to register for your top two choices for field tours on Wednesday, September 11. Please note that field tour participants may be asked screening questions and required to adhere to protocols necessary to protect animal health and biosecurity. Tour options are listed below.

In an effort to prevent the movement of disease-causing agents onto and off agricultural operations, all tour participants will be asked to complete a biosecurity screening questionnaire prior to attending the tours. Dress attire for all tours is casual and closed toe shoes are required.
