The $375 registration fee includes the welcome reception on July 28, lunch and dinner on July 29, and a box lunch on July 30. Guest registration is available for $100 (must accompany a regular registration).
Registration deadline is July 12. After July 12 the registration fee will be $395.

If you must cancel your registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are accepted. Registration fees, less a $25 processing fee, will be refunded if notice is received in the Conference Registration Office by July 12, 2019. Due to guarantees we must give prior to the program, refunds are not available after July 12. To cancel your registration, please send a written request to email@example.com with “NC Mini Land-Grant” in the subject line. Registrants who do not cancel their registration by July 12 are responsible for the total registration fee even if they do not attend the program.
Kansas State University may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled or postponed, registration fees will be refunded but we cannot be held responsible for other costs, charges or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies. Registration fees will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued if the program is held but the registrant is unable to attend due to travel delays or cancellations caused by inclement weather, or due to other extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Kansas State University.
Participants who need accommodations due to a disability or who have special dietary requirements should indicate services needed at the time of registration.
