Payment is due at the time of registration. We accept the following credit cards:
VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Your credit card statement will show payment to KSU Controller’s Office IV.
If you need to make arrangements for another form of payment please contact the registration office at registration@k-state.edu.
You will receive a registration confirmation within a few hours of registering. A receipt will be attached. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact registration@k-state.edu .
If you must cancel your conference registration, please do so as soon as possible. A refund, less a $15 administrative fee, will be made if cancellation is received in writing in the conference registration office by 5:00 PM Central Time on January 20, 2021. Refunds are not available after January 20. To cancel your registration, contact registration@k-state.edu with the subject line “Kansas Student Success Conference cancellation.” Fees will not be canceled for registered participants who do not attend and have not notified the conference registration office by the cancellation deadline.
A paid registration may be transferred to another representative from the same institution. To modify or transfer a registration, contact registration@k-state.edu in advance of the conference.
Kansas State University may cancel or postpone this program because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the program is canceled, registration fees will be refunded. Fees will not be refunded if the program is held but the registrant is unable to participate and has not requested a refund by the cancellation deadline.
Registration for this event gives consent for photographs, publicity and inclusion on the participant list unless K-State Global Campus is notified in writing prior to the start date. Please write registration@k-state.edu.
